• You must register for an account using Google OAuth
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You must be 18 years or older to use the Service
• One account per user; multiple accounts are prohibited

3.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You are liable for all activities under your account
• We are not liable for losses due to unauthorized use

3.3 Google Business Profile Access

You grant us permission to access and manage your Google Business Profile data through Google's APIs. You must have proper authorization to manage the business locations you connect.

4.1 Pricing Plans

• Various subscription plans are available
• Prices are displayed on our website and may change with notice
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes
• Promotional pricing may have specific terms

4.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• Payments are processed through secure third-party processors
• You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

4.3 Refunds

• Refunds are provided at our discretion
• No refunds for partial months or unused services
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of charge
• Certain promotional plans may be non-refundable

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for remaining time.

6.1 Our Content

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to software, text, designs, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by GeoRankScout and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create using the Service (posts, replies, media). By using the Service, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content solely for providing the Service.

6.3 AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI features (OpenAI) is provided "as-is". You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before publishing. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.

Data Backup

While we implement backup procedures, you are responsible for maintaining copies of your important data. We are not liable for data loss or corruption.

9.1 Service Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
• Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible
• Emergency maintenance may occur without notice
• We are not liable for service interruptions

9.2 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice. We are not liable for any modifications, suspensions, or discontinuations.

13.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time through account settings or by contacting support.

13.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

• You violate these Terms or our policies
• Your account is used fraudulently or illegally
• You fail to pay fees when due
• We are required to do so by law
• Continuing to provide Service creates legal or security risks

13.3 Effects of Termination

• Your access to the Service will cease immediately
• Your data may be deleted after 30 days
• No refunds for any pre-paid, unused periods
• Provisions regarding liability, indemnification, and disputes survive termination

14.1 Governing Law
